What are the conditions for becoming a retailer?

  • You must have a physical store or an online store related to needlework and handicrafts. Sales platforms like Etsy are not allowed.
  • You must be a registered business with a valid SIRET number and/or VAT number.
  • You must accept our general terms and conditions of sale.

What are the order conditions?

  • Pricing conditions reserved for professionals.
  • A minimum purchase of €150 (excluding VAT) is required for each of your orders.

How to open a professional account?

Opening a retailer account is simple and fast! Just fill out our online application form (fields marked with * are mandatory). Once your account is approved, you will have direct access to our professional space to place your orders at any time.
